Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir in milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool briefly on a rack, then remove and let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the batter.
