Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Topping:
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • ¼ cup butter, cubed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a cup, combine oil, egg, and milk. Add to dry mix.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Mix topping ingredients with a fork until crumbly.
  6. Fill muffin cups to the top and sprinkle topping.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
