Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Topping:
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter, cubed
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a cup, combine oil, egg, and milk. Add to dry mix.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Mix topping ingredients with a fork until crumbly.
- Fill muffin cups to the top and sprinkle topping.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
