Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Beat oil and eggs until creamy; add sugar and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Fold in apples gently with a wooden spoon.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
