Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ gallon chocolate ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
- Mix cake batter ingredients until smooth.
- Bake 26–30 minutes and cool completely.
- Slice ice cream block lengthwise and align slabs.
- Layer with cake, flip onto platter, and freeze until firm.
