Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar replacement
  • 1/3 cup allulose or xylitol
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a 9-inch glass or ceramic pie dish.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter with both sweeteners, whisking until dissolved.
  3. Add heavy cream, vanilla, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk in eggs one at a time until glossy.
  5. Fold in shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and bake 25–35 minutes, until edges set and center jiggles slightly.
