Description
Chewy, chocolatey, and full of peanut butter flavor, these no bake cookies are quick to make and perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup natural cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa in saucepan; whisk until melted.
- Bring to boil for exactly 1 minute.
- Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add oats and salt; mix well.
- Let rest 5 minutes.
- Scoop onto parchment and chill 30–60 minutes.
