Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 3/4 cup dried egg white powder
- 1/2 cup whole almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
Instructions
- Prepare baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add everything to blender and pulse until mixture binds.
- Press into pan and chill.
- Slice into bars and store airtight up to 7 days.
Notes
Swap blueberries for cranberries or add cocoa powder for a chocolate version. Keep refrigerated for freshness.
