Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ¾ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
- Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gradually combine with butter mixture.
- Stir in oats and raisins until evenly blended.
- Drop teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until golden brown, rotating pans halfway through.
- Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
