Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease cookie sheets.
  2. Beat brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until creamy. Add egg and brandy.
  3. Combine flour and baking soda separately. Stir into butter mixture.
  4. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges set; cool on rack.
